Concept and design of the 2024 revamp of the ByHeart welcome brochure, included in every order. Two tiers of the collateral were developed, for both subscription and a la carte customers. This goal of this piece was to introduce customers to the brand, provide new parents and caregivers with valuable information, while also offering surprise and delight to our subscription customers (fun extras like a word search and playlist) and extra education for our a la carte customers. In addition, nestled within each brochure, was a removable 10-page feeding guide booklet.
